(1) The Commission shall have a separate fund of its own and such fund shall contain the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Amounts received for loans or assistance from any foreign government, international association or organization, but before taking loans or assistance from a foreign government, international association or organization, the Commission shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(c) The amount received for the fee imposed by the Commission in accordance with section 16,
(d) Amount received from any other source.
(2) The entire expenses of the Commission shall be met from the fund under sub-section (1).
(3) The amount according to sub-section (1) shall be opened and deposited in any bank or financial institution of Nepal.
(4) The operation of the account as per sub-section (3) shall be as prescribed.
